Our process is simple, yet thorough, designed to serve you.

 

We will sit down and listen to find out what you envision for your home. What are your expectations and what level is your material selections?

 

 

Next we develop a budget proposal based specifically on your home remodeling project. We only proceed if a budget is agreed upon and if we are a “good fit” – since we will be working with you for several weeks. No surprises!

 

 

 

We continue to work on the scope and specifications for your home remodeling  project. At this time there is a fee to start the drawings and specs to bid the project.

 

 

 

 

 

We try to keep it close to the original discussed budget amount. Sign and move forward.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Meet our carpenters and go over the plans to make sure we are all on the ‘same page.’ Finalize selections. Discuss time frame for scheduling and production.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our experienced crews will execute your home remodeling project with care and detail. Steve Salsbury, as project manager, checks on the work at regular intervals to make sure we are on schedule and within budget.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Steve will do a walk through inspection with you. We want you to be 100% satisfied!
